Instructions: Watch a film from the list below that depicts a psychological disorder. In your paper, you must a) provide a comprehensive descriiption of the specific disorder and symptoms; b) discuss the character’s (or characters’, when relevant) treatment, diagnosis, and prognosis, or discuss why no treatment or diagnosis was given; c) focus on the messages that this movie sends about this disorder or condition; and d) interpret the accuracy of this film, in light of what you have learned about psychopathology. Each section, “a” through “d’” should be very detailed, at least one full page each. Each section should also have its own subheading, for clear organization of the paper.
Note: do not describe the plot of the movie. This paper is not a movie review. Instead, you are evaluating the accuracy of the film’s depiction of the disorder, based on DSM criteria. Also, even if you have seen the movie before, re-watch the movie prior to writing the paper so that you can be clear and specific regarding the question prompts above.
At least four sources should be used and referenced in this paper, to verify the criteria for the psychological disorder(s) depicted in the film. Be sure to include an APA-formatted reference page at the end of the paper. Although only one film needs to be chosen, students may want to watch multiple movies to help illustrate the various disorders that they are studying. Movie recommendations will be made throughout the course.

Create a 10-12 slide PowerPoint presentation that interprets four of the graphs

Create a 10-12 slide PowerPoint presentation that interprets four of the graphs from the report you created in the last two assessments. You have the option of recording a voice-over of up to 10 minutes or including detailed presenter’s notes in the PowerPoint slide deck to explain the points in each slide.
The ability to translate analytic results into clear, concise business language and actionable results is vital for managers and analysts. Managers are often required to present the results of their team’s analysis to executives and must be able to explain the results at a high level as well as understand enough about the details to answer any questions the executives might pose.
How much an analysis is valued can depend heavily on how well the results of that analysis are articulated. Communicating the results of your data analysis so the applications to your business are clear and explicit can greatly enhance the value of your analytic work. In this assessment, consider how you can best communicate the results that you wrote about in your previous assessment. Review any feedback you received on your first assessment and use it to enhance this assessment

Write 3-5 pages on strategy and culture as it relates to your topic of research, organization, and problem or opportunity in your capstone project, an effectiveness improvement plan.
The next component of your capstone project will focus on evaluating the strategy of your plan. Examine your approach in terms of strategic HRM for organizational success and competitive advantage. Consider whether your plan is aligned to the business strategy. Evaluate the connection between HRM strategy and organizational strategy in the global environment if applicable. Make certain to assess the importance of HRM strategy to organizational sustainability and specific firm initiatives.
HRM strategies form the nucleus of a successful organization. They bring together the elements of culture, organization, and HR systems for synergy and effectiveness. Without these strategies, and without leadership that is not only willing but serious about implementing, monitoring, and refining them, the organization will lose valuable ground. HRM strategies can be used to support the employee experience and make the organization successful and competitive.
Research current articles that explore strategy and culture to complete the following:
Analyze HRM’s role in building organizational culture.
Develop a strategy for working within the organizational culture, as you develop leadership and consultation approaches for implementing your plan to improve organizational effectiveness.
Assess the cultural factors that will likely affect the development and implementation of your plan.
Consider the employee life cycle and employee experience within your selected organization.
Analyze both the ethical and the legal responsibilities related to culture, both in the organization and in society as a whole.

In Chapters 5–6 of your text, you learned the critical roles that parents play in providing stability and supports to children who live in at-risk environments. You also learned how physiological needs could contribute to how children respond to adversity. Please use your readings and research peer-reviewed journal articles in the Purdue Global Library to support your post.
Please respond to the following:
Define adversity and explain how living in an at-risk community contributes to a family’s ability to foster resilience.
Discuss one physiological need (food security, housing, or safety from domestic violence) that must be met in order for a family to have a chance at developing resilience. Find research on the physiological need chosen and share your findings.
Search your community (Chicago) for an organization or agency that provides services that address the physiological need you chose. Discuss the programs they offer that assist families with meeting this need.

In 1 full page, answer the following
1 – READ the “Dig Deeper” case on page 127 of our textbook on “A Sleepwalking Defense?” in the middle of chapter 4.
SEARCH “sleepwalking defense” on the Internet and briefly describe another case you find.
DISCUSS whether you think it’s possible to commit horrible crimes while asleep.
2 – Why do you think people in almost every culture use psychoactive drugs and search for altered states of consciousness (including using meditation and hypnosis)?
You may use research to support your claim, but be sure that your claim first expresses YOUR OWN opinion. Use good critical thinking skills. If you include research, be sure to give credit to your sources by listing the name of the author, title of the resource, and publication date (if available) underneath your post.
3 – Review this resource and solve examples of classical conditioning. Next, post a minimum of two examples that you found along with your answers (identify the US, UR, CS, and CR). Try to post examples which have not already been posted by other students.

Scenario The first step in creating meaningful information to develop a business

Scenario
The first step in creating meaningful information to develop a business report for decision making. The business report includes the analyzed raw data, effectively presents the analysis results in text and graphical format, as well as calculate any required statistics.
The second step is interpreting and explaining the graphs and statistics to understand the impact in the practical business context.
In the last assessment, you were asked to create the first part of your business analytics report by introducing a company, analyzing company stock data, developing graphs, and calculating some descriiptive statistics.
In this assessment, you will adjust your business report to minimize limitations of one year’s worth of data. You will use the same company for this assessment and you will use 5 years of data!
You will also enhance your introduction or business context section of your business report based on your new graphs and your interpretation of the data graphs and descriiptive statistics over a five year period. Your interpretation efforts of graphs and descriiptive statistics will explicitly connect in the conclusion area. Conclusions and recommendations are the final effort in the development of a practical business report and should be supported by citations. Remember that opinion is not allowed.

Select one of the following essay questions, and write an essay of 3000 words, including citations, excluding the reference list:
1. Whose (or what type of) ‘security’ matters most in contemporary world politics? Discuss with reference to at least one case study and two theories of world politics.
2. Who offers the more compelling account of world politics? Realists, liberals or neither? Discuss with reference to realism and liberalism, and to at least three of the topics or issues examined on this module.
3.World politics are presently – and will always be – defined by ‘core / periphery’ relationships. Critically evaluate this claim with reference to at least two case studies and one theory of world politics.
4. Which of the following poses the biggest threat to peace and stability in contemporary global politics: violence and armed conflict, global health, global migration, or global inequality?
5. ‘An understanding of gender is essential to better explaining the most important issues in contemporary world politics.’ Critically assess this statement with reference to at least two theories of world politics and to at least one of the following: violence/conflict, migration, global poverty.
6. How do the concepts of ‘voice’ and ‘agency’ contribute to a better understanding of world politics? Discuss with reference to at least two theories of world politics and to either migration, poverty/inequality, or security?
What you need to do
Write a comprehensive answer to one of the above questions. This must include the following:
1. A clear answer to the question (thesis), this should already be apparent in your introduction, and likely repeated in your conclusion.
2. Your introduction should summarise your essay’s main arguments or claims (justification). These main arguments should then be used to structure the main body of your essay (e.g. one paragraph for each main argument). Think of your introduction as a roadmap for your reader, in terms of what they can expect from the logical development of your essay, all in service of your central thesis.
3. In the main body of your essay, develop your arguments clearly and coherently, dealing with each one in turn.
5. You might find it helpful to use sub-headings for each of the main arguments you develop. Make sure that at each step you make reference to how this particular claim or argument helps you to justify the central thesis of your essay.
6. For each of your arguments, provide detailed evidence (support), either through empirical examples or through reference to the literature.
7. Apply the theoretical ideas and concepts learned over the course of the module wherever relevant, demonstrating your knowledge of them.
8. Be analytical and critical: demonstrate that you have the ability to analyse and evaluate the existing literature. Remember that with this essay you are participating in an ongoing academic debate on this particular topic. Making sure to always support your claims with evidence (‘show’ the reader, rather than simply ‘tell’ them something).
9. Reference a minimum of 10 sources for this essay, 3 of which should appear on the relevant module resource lists (uploaded and can be used as references expect for those who are titled handouts, please do not use the handout material as reference in your research) (with others discovered during the course of your own independent research). The above is the minimum required number of sources you should actively engage with in your essay.
10. Include in-text citations (Harvard Style) and a reference list.
Essays should not exceed 3000 words including in-text citations (excluding reference list).
While you will likely begin your research using the uploaded handouts (please do not use the handout material as reference in your research)
