Basically, you have to pretend you’re interviewing a person about a certain topic. First, you have to write about them in a little paragraph and then ask questions and type in their answers. I have attached a screenshot of the instructions that my teacher wrote for my task. Please follow it carefully. I have also attached 3 screenshots of my classmates work and how the task needs to look like and the outline of it.

In the files there will be a rubric for what the essay needs to have. I took the liberty of finding some sources that you may use if you choose, i need atleast 5, the minimun is fine. 7 pages minumum but 7 is fine aswell. My topic for the research paper will be on the differnces between the state level and federal level of net neutrality, this includes talking about what they are, whats different , whats better, or worse. and then more specifically how they affect citizens due to the fact that Internet Service Providers are the companies that benefit from not having a strict net neutrality law. You will also have to go further to explain a specific case study which i have one pre approved from my professor. Case Study will be on How Californias net neutrality law differes from north carolina because one has a more strict policy thatn the other and you basically tie this case study into the research paper to make one big research paper at the minimum of 7 pages and with 5 sources, and it is 8 pages total, including the citation page. The thesis is basically , what is the definition of net neutrality… what is the federal definition and what each individuals states definition on what it is and how that affects users.
Please let me know if you have any questions, i am fully available and will reply right away. I am looking for a B paper.. The paper should not be over the top, but informative and to the point with junior college level diction.
Feel free to use any of these concepts and terms is they apply to the essay…
•Propaganda (“Fake News”) and Censorship
•Computational Propaganda
•(new) agenda setters
•Stuart Hall’s notion of Moral Panic
•The Hypodermic Model
•Silver Bullet theory
•The Minimal Effects Model
•The Limited Effects Model
•Spiral of Silence Theory
•Bandwagon Effect
•Cultivation Theory
•Mainstreaming Effects
•The Mean World Syndrome
•Mediazation (of Politics)
•Social Media Logic
•The Crises of Journalism
•Managing the Social Self
